EXCHANGE POLICY

Heirloom Designs does not typically accept returns of fibers and threads.  Due to the delicate nature of these materials, once they leave our shop, it is difficult to preserve their pristine quality and ensure that fibers haven’t changed in color.  

Books and stitch guides may not be returned in order to protect author intellectual property.  Special orders are not returnable.

Unused canvases, self-finishing products and accessories in their original condition and with original packaging may be exchanged for store credit. To request an exchange, please visit our store in person during store hours or email us at hello@heirloomdesigns.com.
